Ahhhh

All is well in the land of Six Flags. We're presenting our work (just a simple DM package) to the account group at 5:00.

Actually, I've been approached by a few creative peeps (and the creative job giver'outer) about working with some other folks. WooHoo! Sounds good to me. Now I just gotta see how I can do this, without pissing off the guys I'm SUPPOSED to be working for. Hmm, a tight rope indeed.

Tonight, nothing on the go. Gym, dinner, chill. THEN tomorrow is weekend fun, Rico shows up and I'm SOOOOO excited! It's been nearly 2 weeks since we hung out (too long in my humble opinion) so will have to make up for lost time (and anniversary fest, that'll be wicked!) I'll share what I got him on Monday with you all (don't want to spoil the surprise). But we are adhereing to the whole "traditional" gifts things. So apparently the first year is paper. I automatically thought every year was diamonds, who knew?

Right, back to work.
I just can't help but have these ultra "Canadian" moments (where I think to myself...holy crap, this place is REALLY different. What the hell have I gotten myself into!)
