Totally Embarssing

I'm not even going to try and excuse my complete lack of "blogginess" lately. It's totally lame and I just have my own spazziness to blame.

Sorry.

I'm also not going to do some obnoxious catch-up on the past 6 weeks. Nope...I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on (shout out to your Mr. Pugsley!)

Seeing as I can never actually sit still for that long (see mention regarding spazziness above). So what's my latest notion? Well...it's really two things.

Number one - become extraordinary. Normally I'd say this is just me overcompensating, but this time it's TOTALLY for real. The Big O was kind enough to grant me a Green Card (well...at least the dough and resources necessary to get one). So after a little chat with my lawyer, turns out I need to be a little more awesome to qualify (the visa is called Extraordinary Alien - man, don't you just love the titles of these things). So what do I have to do? Thankfully, it doesn't involve creating crop circles (although it's nearly as daunting). In the words of my dear lawyer friend I just need to...

- Win a Cannes Lion
- Get promoted
- Win OTHER awards
- Did I mention a CANNES LION????

UUugggghhhhhh. Seriously, what more can I say about that. All things that are ESSENTIALLY out of my control. So I've been gettin' busy trying to be more rad. I judged the Caples (awesome, hangin' with international CDs from everywhere and anywhere) AND I also judged the Summit Awards (a little less fancy, seeing as it was an excel spreadsheet with urls emailed to me, and I did it at home on my laptop). Whatever...an award show is an award show. AND they need a photo and bio (weeee). Yes, I'm a media whore!

But that only accounts for one strain of spazziness...the second one is a wee bit more academic. You all know (if you know me at all) how much I love taking courses. WELL wouldn't it be cool if you could actually GET something out of all that learning? And Poof...the Masters notion was born.

Tonight I went to an information session at NYU for their MSc (yeah, Rich has one of those, he nearly died when I said that's what the program awarded) in Integrated Marketing. Goood times! It sounded pretty cool. The only drags are
A) it costs a crap load and
B) you have to take this standardized test (a GRE or GMAT to be specific).

We all know I ain't no math genius (hell I can barely spell for Petes sake!) I figured I'd just take one of those prep courses and then BLAMMO after googling that, just GUESS how much it costs??? $1300 FOR REAL! That's practically the cost of one credit of this #@$%^& degree? WOW!!! Apparently I'm in the wrong business!

Anyway, now you're essentially up to date. I'm still spazzing out, still working and still surfing (although I'm thinking it'll start getting pretty cold in the next few weeks).

I'll try to be a little consistent with my posts (I also promise this is the last time I apologize for being crap at posting!)

KEWL BEANS! Good chattin' with you all. Don't worry, more spazziness to come!
xoxo

I'm back Biiiiiiaaaaaattttccccchhhheeeesss!!!!

Alright...so it's been a bit of a hiatus. But now thanks to a stolen wifi signal I'm back and (hopefully) better then ever!!!
Oh my goodness a whole lot has happened in the last, oh...nearly 3 months!
- Rich moved here (yeah...RAD!)
- Happy moved here (see above)
- We've been surfing nearly EVERY weekend at Rockaway Beach (see Ramones tune)
- Works gonna work on keepin' me around (see Green Card - OH YEAH!)
- I'm gettin' a new partner (see new addition to the group)

And endless other events that are just as awesomely...well...awesome!
Now that I can update the blog from the comfort of my newly organized home (a feat that should really have it's own dedicated blog post) I'll be much more diligent at updating.
It's good to be back. Hope all is peachy in your corner of the world. Will be chatting to you soon!

Assault of the Amie

WooHoo! My little sista is comin' into town. Beware New Yorkers...the category five cyclone that is AMIE will be landing tomorrow afternoon approximately 3PM (is LaGuardia Airport cooperates). Looking forward to it...should be good good times! Got some nice meals planned (hittin' up Craft on Saturday night and this place Amie found, Jane for brunch on Sunday). Gonna try to sneak in a wee bit of surfin' Saturday morning (I'm dying to try this shorter board the nice fellas at NYPD - that's New York Pipe Dreams, a local surf/skate shop right here in Manhattan, had recommended).

Oh, you'd like to SEE the potential board of my dreams. That would be the BLUE surfboard, 7'2 mini-longboard. Actually, I'm debating between the mini-longboard and the funboard (this is probably all gibberish to you). Well...one is just as it said, a longboard performance in a shorter physical size. The other (the funboard) is a bit more "performancy" (wow, good thing I'm a COPYWRITER...check out that wordsmith'age) with more rocker (that's the curve of the board) and a pin tail (the end of the board comes to a point, where as the mini-long board has a squash tail - the tail comes to more of a horizontal flat). So what you say? Well, it affect speed and your ability to ride bigger waves (the pin tail, "hangs in" a bit better). But hey...I'm just a kook (that's a newbie surfer, actually a RETARDED newbie surfer, so hopefully I'm not) pretending to know what i'm talking about.

Anyway, life is good...sorry not a ton of posts this week. Was pretty cranky so didn't want to infect the entire interweb with my pissiness.

Hope your week has been fab-u-lous. Cruisin' into the weekend. Will try to take some fun pics during Amie'fest 9000.

Keep it real ya'll and chat more later.

God Bless the Camera Phone

Who would have thought I'd run into a Great White Bicycle on the way home, but low and behold...there it was! Pretty rad eh?!

We're on the precipice of another stellar weekend (but aren't they all?) Off to surf on Saturday (or at least attmept to!) Heading out to Rockaway, which is kind of funny since you can take the subway there. WOW, who would have thought you could subway to a surf spot? I suppose only in the Big Apple!

I've also found surfline.com (which TOTALLY makes me feel like I'm the cute blonde chick in Blue Crush whenever I visit it!) It gives you webcams for most surf spots and conditions around the world. Yeah, apparently Sunset is crap right now on the North Shore (Hawaii) - glad I didn't book a ticket!

Other than that, just chillin'. The saga of the move is unrelenting. Now we're just trying to sort out crap stuff like insurance and titles and oh God my head hurts! Hopefully in the home stretch. I think our stuff will be moving soon (not like I have space in my apartment for it anyway!) but will be nice to give our renters the run of the entire house (right now all our crap is stuck in one room - thankfully we could close the door. Phew!)

Hope you all have a fab-o weekend. My sister is down NEXT weekend so I'm sure they'll be some tales to tell!

Kisses

P.S. a shout out to Mr. Witold, heading down (or is it up?) Canada Way! Say hello to my fellow Canucks. I told them you were coming so you should have a good trip! hehe

New Blog Feature - Rogue Canucks in NY

So......for the past few days I've been noticing there's a TON of peeps here in the Big Apple wearing something "Canadiana." And I'm not just talking about the one off random Roots shirt (although those WILL be featured). Nope, these are full on, dialed to 11, jacked up, blinged out CANADA GEAR!

Being a Canuck in New York, I feel it is my duty to chronicle said items - which leads me to my latest LisaCinNYC.com feature - Rogue Canucks in NY.

Here I'll post the latest pic of peeps I find throughout our fair city. Of course, this involves a little "stranger pestering" but hey, I think I'm up for it. Actually, it was shockingly easy to pester this poor fella. He reacted like I was asking him what time it was - WAY too chill. Perhaps Mexico is the Canadian equivilant? Hmm, I'll have to make a research trip later in the winter. But for now...the mission will continue! I'll keep my eyes peeled and my BlackBerry Camera at the ready!

Happy Wednesday. Bitchin' half way to surfin' weekend!

I think I caught it

The surfing bug. Or is it Surfing Virus? Not too sure, but holy crap...I got it bad. Now I'm trying to find surf spots, figure out if I can take a board on the LIRR (which apparently, I CAN!) And naturally, scowering Craigslist to see if I can find a good used board for me to start with.

For those who are unfamiliar, you can surf in the NYC area in Long Beach (about an hour on the train). We took some lessons with the fine folks at Surf2live.com. Nice dudes, professional, helpful and fun! Alas, we didn't have the best conditions last Saturday (was pretty rough, you know it's bad when the instructor is telling you he wouldn't be out in these condidions...so...yeah, it was ugly). But hey, if you can have fun getting thrashed in whitewater for 90 minutes, then sounds like you can have a good time just about anywhere!

Gonna try and get out again on Saturday (there's a different school I'm gonna contact, see how they do?) After all, we don't know the area (I don't want to break the noobes code - going out in a sketch locale and getting into trouble - NOT COOL!) Plus, I got no beef with taking lessons, hell...I can classes all the time. Mandarin, NeedlePoint, Cooking...don't matter to me!

Will keep you posted on my surfing attempts. Here's hoping we can actually pull this off? I don't know, there's just something about leaving the city, playing in the water and doing something that COMPLETELY clears you mind of all your worries. Now THAT'S some powerful stuff man! heheheh

Oh God, has the transformation happened already? Quick, someone throw me a PowerPoint presentation. Hurry, force me to write an ad or something. Ahhh, much better!

Happy Monday All.

The Cutest Puppy in the World...

MINE!

Here's a video of Happy swimming (with my Dad's help). Featuring cameo appearances by my cousin Paul, Nic, Rachel, Lyla, my Mom and Aunty Marguerite. Lovingly narrated by my sister. Let the Friday afternoon theatre begin....

Can't Play Their Reindeer Games

Howdy Folks,

Yes, yes…another horrifically late post. But I’m afraid it’s going to be a little bit nutty for the next few weeks. You see, I don’t have a computer at home (and lugging this work one is oh so tiresome) so I’ll just have to sneak away when I get a chance and write a wee posty when I can.

Actually…was thinking of using my BlackBerry (necessary product placement). To update as I truck through the city. Sad part is, I haven’t quite figured out (or if I can) post pictures to my write-ups from my “GoogleBerry” (a new beta testing product placement) but will work on that. Hey, at least you’ll get words? That’s better than nothing!

So…what have I been up to? Well, work. LOTS of it! But now we’re in the blissful waiting period. I know, it sounds kinda weird, but in my biz, you do a crap load of work…present it to the client. They (hopefully) they fall in love with it and then tell you which one they picked (or more often then not) pick part from column A and a little from column B. Either way, you just want to sell sell sell!

Alas my thoughts of work have turned slightly sound. You see, I was NOT going to write about this today…but now I’ve had to hear the third person say “OMG last night was SOOOOOOOOOO awesome!” I just can’t take IT anymore!!! What is it I speak of? Oh…that would be the big DRINK FEST that happened last night that I WASN’T INVITED TO!!!! WTF!??!?!?!

Now…I don’t know for a fact what happened, or who’s little shindig it was. BUT, if my paranoia is correct…it was yet AGAIN another ACD fun party. You see, the Associate Creative Directors where I work all get together for drinks and live it up. Hmmm, meanwhile the REST of us are left to listen to the aftermath of their drunken frivolities the morning after. Uugghhh. What stings even MORE is that in my OLD job (miss you Toronto) there was NONE of that shit (or at least not that I knew about) we all hung out. CD/ACD/Head Janitorial staff…it didn’t matter. It wasn’t about titles and B.S. it was just a group of people hanging out socially and getting to know each other outside of the office. But…like I’ve said before…we ain’t in Kanas anymore.

Sniff

Ventation….complete! Onto the weekend at hand (thank GOD for that!!!)

Rich and I are off to go surfing! Wooohooo! Heading to Long Beach for some lessons. Who knows is the waves will be any good (hell, who cares) spending the day out on the water is good enough for me! I’m really hoping that it’s as fun as surfing in Hawaii (ok maybe not as EPIC as far as water conditions go, but moderate fun would be cool). Perhaps this will be our summer fun sport of choice, therefore making the death months of a Manhattan summer (specifically July and August or as I like to refer to them as Sweaty and Sweatier!) all the more enjoyable.

Right oh, off to daydream of my weekend of awesomeness. More mobile posts coming soon. Thanks for your patience. Just think, in the next few weeks (months) we should have all our stuff FINALLY moved from Toronto (including our computer) and then I can write till my fingers bleed. Joy!

Happy Weekend All…

Why...hello there!

Goodness…so much has happened it’s almost like, Where to begin? I suppose…at the beginning (sorry, bad joke).

Rich – so he moved here last Friday (wow…that sounds very bizarre). And started new job on Tuesday. So far so good! No stress at the border (apparently Scientists are more respectable then Copywriters?) and the new gig has been fab-o!

Living – well…we’re gonna try to make do in the little pad for now. Yes, it’s not exactly HUGE but what NY apartment is anyway? Plus, there’s one more AWESOME reason to stay…THE HOOKERS GOT EVICTED! I know…how wicked is that?!?!?! I suppose now the million dollar question is, “who’s going to move in next?” yikes…I can only imagine!

Happy – ok, he’s STILL not here yet. In fact, I think my dog is having a more relaxing summer then I am. Right now he’s chillin’ with my parents in the O-town, going to the cottage on the weekends, sleeping his regular 22 hours a day. Yes, I now have complete confirmation that it in fact IS a Dog’s Life! We’ll be headin’ up to my cousin’s cottage in Lac Lesage (to all you geography wiz’s that’s in Quebec!) so when we come back, we’ll take the Hapster with us. Hopefully he likes planes…I guess we’ll find out (don’t worry, he’ll be sittin’ pretty in the cabin with us, not under the plane – which I think is just plain cruel!)

Work – still kickin’ it!

New York – ok, that’s still here too. In fact I’m impressed that the summer hasn’t been too mental. I feel like I have a running battle between me and my air conditioner – to try and see how long I can hold out before turning it on. I must say, I’m impressed…as a cold loving Canadian, I’ve done surprisingly well!

So there is it…now back to our regularly scheduled programming. I’ll be more chilled out and can actually WRITE about my mundane adventures, and you can in turn ask questions about why my adventures are so dull…you know, like normal blogs! Hehehee

Happy July 4th America’Land. I already did it up earlier this week for Canuck Day. A local bar had a bit of a party…and I swear every Canadian on the island showed up (maybe even a few from Jersey!) Holy Crap! Was quite a scene. Free poutine in line (or at least an Americans best attempt…which I totally appreciated) and Canadian beer (no, not any really GOOD beer, just cruddy Molson. But hey…who am I to be picky!)

So yes, now it’s USA’s turn. To help kick off the celebration I made a mix CD for the folks here at work. Yes, it’s all Canadian songs, but hey…we do live together in NORTH AMERICA? Perhaps we can bite off a little of their party?

Heheheh

Have a great long weekend…talk to ya’ll again on Monday!
Thanks for the patience,
Xo

I'm still here

Sorry everyone. Been pretty crap at the Blogging lately. Well...lots has happened.

- went home for a week to be with the fam & pack
- came back
- worked
- went to WAY too many social event for one week
- got WAY too excited to hear about Rich's new gig...causing me to go into a slight cardiac arrest

Anyho....all is well and I'll try to be a wee bit more dilligent.

Gotta get back at other shiz, but just wanted to let you know, I didn't get hit by a bus!

RICH GOT THE JOB!!!

Holy crap...seriously...I'm at a loss for words. But not for sounds.

Ahhhhhh
Whhwhhahahahahahah
eeeeekkkkkkkkk
Wooooohooooo!

You get the idea. A move 345 days in the making. That's right. It'll be a year on May 29. WOW, can you believe it?! Geez, one year, two jobs, countless hours in airports, and close to a bajillion dollars in flights. I suppose it's fitting that I'm writing this post in the Newark airport - of course waiting for a delayed flight. Just another glamorous Friday night in the life of LisaC. Anyway, at least we're in the home stretch. Details - wish I had them. All I know is that Visa madness has started (uugghhhh) so more next week.

Now the real work starts. Gotta...
- rent out our house in Toronto (don't worry, I'll be pimpin' out my pad on the blog soon, spread the word)
- sell our car (a lovely 2001 Honda Civic...will enough throw in the bobble head dog in the back window)
- throw out, pack up and clear up all our stuff (hey, it's a house...therefore a magnet for crap, I'm sure half of it is garbage, but the purging exercise must be done
- organize Happy (can you apply for a doggie passport? I kid. I kid!)
- find a new apartment in NY (gotta go east baby if Rich is commuting to Grand Central)

I'm sure there's more, but will start with that list for now. Man oh man.

I hope your weekend is as awesome as mine (hopefully) will be. Just gotta get outta this airport. I think there'll be a cermonial burning of my carry-on bag when Rich moves. Boy that'll be great!

Happy Weekend,
LisaC

Here's the scoop

Still waiting to hear from Rich's interviews...but all 8 (since there was "technically" one during his lunch) went well!

Uugghhh, my appendix might burst due to anxiety and stress...but if I keep "chain chewing" copious amounts of gum I think I might make it through. Although my buddy Dave mentioned that a shot of whiskey and a smoke might do the trick. Might try that too.

Keep the good vibes vibin'. If you can hear me of Gods of the Work...please put me out of my misery!

Da Weekend Dat Waz

Hey All,
Holy cow...AWESOME! Mom was in town and we had nothing but good olde fashioned F.U.N. Thanks so much Mom for everything. Scored some new duds (I think I'll take inspiration for my spring work wardrobe from a fellow writer I work with - collared shirt, pants, shoes. How's that for simplicity?) Got some fun stuff for my pad (some puffy letters a "L & R" in fabric - the ones from Anthropology that are TOTALLY fun. Perhaps it's wishful thinking...L & R...together, under one roof...but more on that later!) And even a couple bucks to go and get my hair did (perhaps a sign that my hair REALLY needs a cut and colour, but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth!)

So...what'd be we. Well...we shopped, and shopped and then ate some food...no wait, then shopped some more. THEN saw the hockey game...and then capped off the perfect weekend with...more shopping! Hey, someone has to keep the New York economy humming and apparently that someone is Mummsy!

OMG, but the highlight of the weekend had to be when we went to a local bar (Third & Long) to watch the Habs game. Mom's isn't really the "bar" type. Not really too sure what Mother's are so seeing her in this alcohol infused atmosphere was a little bizarre. But I think my fav part was when she asked the bartender if they had "Cinzano?" Teehehehehe Awesome!

Had a ton of fun. Thanks again Mom! Can't wait for your next visit!!!

In other news - this Friday is bigger than normal...Rich has 7 interviews at Kraft here in NY! WoooHoo!!! OMG just the PROSPECT that we could be nearing the end of this little long distance adventure is enough to send shivers down my spine and make my knees weak. Man, there aren't enough words to describe my excitement. Now all he's gotta do is GET the job. Fingers crossed people - I'll need all the good vibes you've got this Friday. No holding back!!

Go Habs GO! It's 2-1 in the series for Philly, so we've got to pick up our socks...it's just plain EMBARASSING!

Talk soon...

MommyC in NYC

That's right, clean the apartment because MOM IS IN TOWN! I'm so pumped. Just the two of us bootin' around Manhattan, probably spending copious amounts of my Dad's dough (ahhh, the plight of having two daughters!) Good times I hope. Right now Mom is doing some dammage at Saks, I just hope she paces herself for the rest of the weekend - which yes, we have no plans. A low-fi kind of trip...that's how MommyC rolls!

In other news, someone make a spoofy SixFlags spot. SOOOOOOOOO funny! I've never worked on a campaign that's actually been big enough to even GET attention on YouTube. Check it out in the "What I'm Watching" section. And bring kleenex, you'll need to dry the tears you'll be laughing so hard. OMG!

Happy weekend everyone. Will regail you with tales of Mommy and Me adventures come Monday. Only 1 week to go before "Interview Fest 9000" (Rich has a big day next week - but I'll keep you insuspense till Monday, sorry...)

Montreal Won! Let's Break Shiz...

I never quite understood the need to riot after your team has WON?!! You lose, well...of course, it's only the natural thing to do (I'm using the mindset of an Edmonton Oilers fan here). But you won...and it was only the first round of playoffs. Hmmm, maybe it makes more sense to save up that aggressive energy just incase you need it later on? I mean, how many police cars can one trash in a given playoff series? Suppose we might find out.

I heart Porter

OMG...flew in this morning (yes, the horrible bags that are Monday am...and I'm not talking about my luggage). BUT it was a much more pleasant experience.

1. The plane was *gasp* ON TIME!
Seriously, that NEVER happens...ask any New Yorker, hell, any traveller going through the US, they'll stand in aww or accuse you of lying. Either way, you've got a story to tell.

2. They give you FOOD!
Pinch yourself people...this morning I got a little snack pack that contained yogurt, granola and a apple cinnamon turnover so loaded with sugar I could have run that prop plane myself. OH and at night, they give you free booze. Talk about flying the friendly skies! And no pathetic plastic cups either...glass (but of course sir) and a whole can or beer if you wish. Boooyah!

3. They're ACTUALLY nice!
Again, what I thought only existed in movies about flying (and usually those involve some horrible plane crash). Everyone was UBER friendly. From the "waitresses in the sky" to the service staff in Newark, awesome peeps.

4. The Lounge - RAD!
It was like chillin out in a biz'ness class lounge, without paying the biz'ness fair! Sweet. Free coffee, tea, juice, water, cookies, cakes...the list was endless. OH and don't forget the free wifi, use of their computers, papers, massages, being fanned with palm frawns (ok I made those last two up, but I swear someone would have ACTUALLY done it had I asked!)

Rejoice people...travelling is not dead, it just moved to the Toronto Island Airport. Thank you Mr. Porter for bring civility and affordability back to the airline industry. Now everyone book your ticket - when a deal is this good it's either a dream, or on the brink of bankruptcy!

Hurry - BUY NOW!

America – land of the free, home of some WAY cooler food

There are loads of great things Canada has to offer – endless kilometers of untouched natural beauty, a culturally diverse tapestry and clearly defined money (hey, yesterday I tried to buy my $8 salad with what I thought was a $20 bill…it was a $1)

BUT there are some things that the citizens of the Great White North lack – COOL FOOD! When it comes to wicked, awesome processed stuff our neighbours to the South have it on lock down!
- Ding Dongs
- Twinkies
- HoHos
- SnoBalls
These are just a handful of the amazing food items that never came to Canadaland (at least not when I was a kid, I think NAFTA was brought in to help open the border to better highly processed foods.)

You can only imagine what my trips to the grocery store are like. They usually take twice as long (although, I’ve never been the most efficient shopper…hey, I work in advertising, SHOULDN’T I be compelled by all that pretty packaging?) So imagine my shock when I found this…
OMG! There aren’t words to describe the awesomeness. Art and Food, coming together to help you make your holiday table the best it can be. Hot damn that is just too much!!! Best part is, there are OTHER sculptures to mark various holidays like Thanksgiving (a turkey) and Christmas (a little tree). These pics were on the back of the package (sorry, forgot to take a pic – but don’t worry…that’ll be tomorrow’s update!)

However, in the interests of equal opportunity blogging, I’ll have to do a post where I celebrate uniquely Canadian food. Like the other day, I’m in a meeting and Mr. W brought “Pop’ems” (which are essentially Tim Horton’s Sour Cream timbits, but not HALF as good). He also brought some wicked Marzipan chocolates that I’ve been slowly eating all week when he’s not looking…sorry!

Anyway – what’s your US fantasy food? OR what’s your fav uniquely Canuck grub? Write a post in the comment section. I’ll see if I can bring back some of whatever you crave. OR take a picture of me eating your fav food and then you can just photoshop in your face. Or not…whatev.

Have a great Thursday. WooHoo, one more sleep till Rico in NY!
Viva Le Weekend!

My New Obsession

Why do I find this SOOOOOOOO incredibly funny? Hmm, my new treat of the week I suppose. Sorry if you're unfamiliar with the above. Wikipedia has a very good entry on what it is to be "Rick Rolled" And Internet Nerdlings, I already know...I'm like, a million years too late talking about this (10 months if you want to be more exact) but I can't help myself...lately, it's become my new obsession. Now, to see how I can sneak it into a presentation. That would be the stuff of legend. GOLD Jerry!

What else, well...I'm still at work (11:40PM and counting) so forgive the typos and random conversation. The reasons for me being here are far too lengthy, nuff' said.

Last night "watched" (really ATE) my way through the NCAA playoffs (or what seemed to be a pretty big game?) Memphis vs. Kansas (or Elvis vs. Dorothy, which ever you prefer). I think Kansas won, but I was in a wee bit of a beer/meat coma to know. Went to Brother Jimmy's on the Upper East Side (pretty good ribs, and these insane fishbowls of booze and sugar juice - they're called Swamp Water so that should give you an ample visual picture). Was hangin' with my friends Sarah, Cory & Co. Good times.

Tomorrow night is the first NHL playoff game. Go Sens GO!!! There's a bar where a bunch of random Canadians are going to watch it (they're ACTUALLY going to play the CBC...kickass!) But not too sure I'll be up to it - I gotta get some sleep at some point! Plus, I'm not too sure I can take the mental anguish of watchin' my boyz get their asses handed to them by Pittsburg. Hmmm,

It's Spring in NY. Which means I gotta take some pics for ya'll. So pretty. Man, even Queens looked good last Friday!

Happy Wednesday. More random babblings tomorrow - or just incohesive sentences.

Word

That's what I do! Yep, another day at the big O, chug chug chuggin' away. I wish I had something dramatic to tell you, but alas, it's just another working day. Doesn't really matter where you live in the world. Work is work - and here in NY we certainly seem to do a lot of it!

My friend B is headin' to another shop. She will be missed. We did orientation together, all good times. Snif snif, so gotta go spill a little Henny for my homies (or however you would say that!) So peace out. More babbles tomorrow.

Although I do feel a bit bad, since this is a rather weak post, so...to make up for my written short comings...I'll post this instead!
